Halloween trick or treating Expectation vs realality

Expectations are:
-Getting lots of candy
-Scaring people
-Getting invited to a Halloween party.
-Going trick or treating with friends
-having a scary and cute costume for the event.
- Having a great party at your house without parents permission.
-Getting creeped out by someone.

Reality is-
-Having the least candy out of everyone in your street or lane
-you keep failing in scaring friends or family.
-not getting invited to a Halloween party
-have none friends to go trick or treating with
-don't have a creepy or cute costume for the event
-your parents don't agree or you get caught
-that creepy guy who was freaking you out was your brother or sister!

What was the outcome of all of these?

Well for me i had a boring Halloween because i spent my day watching creepy movies with my mum.But it was kind of fun and also i hope you  enjoyed your Halloween so bye!

It is funny how your expectations are the things you think is going to happen but at the end it doesn't turn out how you plan it.
I think you should write more about what really happened in your day

But I think your friends are letting you down and not being their for you.

  2. Hi Vrishti,
I like your creative way of writing this post: expectations vs reality. I hope you use it again for another post in the future! I think it is awesome that your mum watches scary movies with you- I still wish my mum would watch scary movies with me! Look on the bright side- less candy is good for your teeth, right?
